Opening Hours & Ticket Prices
Our Opening Hours
Meersburg Castle is open daily from 10 a.m. to 6.30 p.m. During the winter months from November until March 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. The winter opening times begin at the end of the autumn holidays in Baden-Württemberg.
- Last admission: half an hour before closing.
- No prior registration is necessary. After purchasing the ticket, you can start your tour straight away.
Exceptions:
- During the Christmas holidays we are open as follows: On December 24th from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. On December 25th from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m.
- New Year’s Eve: December 31st from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. On January 1st from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m.

14 to 18 years with student ID
6 to 13 years
seniors, students, severely disabled and those doing military and community service receive a 10% discount
one-time free entrance
A combination of different discounts is not possible.
Families
The family discount applies to two adults with at least one child or student (up to the age of 18), or for one adult with at least two children or students (up to the age of 18).
25% discount
14 to 18 years with student ID (25% discount)
6 to 13 years (25 discount)
Groups
A closed group of at least 15 people.

For school classes with 10 students or more, one supervisor is free.

Guided group tours
We charge a surcharge for guided tours of the Meersburg in German or English, as well as for detailed tours about Annette von Droste-Hülshoff. We only offer these tours on request.
